1. How do I place an order?
– Complete the checkout process through the website and make payment with PayPal
– Give us a call and place an order at 647-932-7238

2. How long after I placed an order before I receive it?
– You will receive your orders within 2 weeks. If we are unable to ship within this time we will email you and keep you up-to-date as to when you will receive your order.
3. What method of payments do you accept?
– We accept PayPal payments through our website Cart Checkout
– Credit card payments are accepted at pick up or personal delivery
– Cash on delivery or pick up
4. Do you have a physical store?
– Currently we only sell online, in the future when we open a physical store we will keep you up to date and post the address on the Contact Us page.
5. Where can I see and touch your paintings?
– We attend events in Ontario so you can come and visit us at our booth. We will post the dates and events that we are attending under our Events page.
6. Do you accept returns?
– We do not accept any returns. Most of our products are customized to your unique individual style and we make them based on your request so hopefully you are 100% happy with your order. Thanks for understanding.
7. Do you ship to overseas?
– Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere. If the rate for shipment seems like it’s too expensive, send us an email and we will look for a better shipping rate and get back to you.
8. Can I buy a painting as a gift and ship it to my friend’s address?
– Yes, when you Check Out you can enter a different shipping address then your billing address.
9. How can I create an account?
– When you go through the Cart Check Out process you will have an option to create an acount located above “Your order”. Click on the checkbox next to “Create an account?” and it will ask you for a password. Once you complete the check out process you can log into your account and view your previous orders.
10. Do you paint anything else other then what’s posted on your website?
– If you have a painting that you would like to have on your wall, you can email us the image and we will let you know if we can make one similar to your picture.
11. What else can you do?
– If you have an art or craft idea in mind that you can’t create yourself, send us an email of your idea and we will let you know if we can make your idea come to life. We can make all kinds of decorations for parties, custom t-shirts, photo poster collage in shapes of letters, words, or numbers, canvas photo memory walls…. much much more
